What we collect. Only what you type into this questionnaire: your name and contact details, the property's location, and your answers about its condition. There is no tracking, no analytics and no advertising on this page.

Where it goes. When you press Finish, your answers are (1) turned into PDF forms that download to your own device, and (2) sent to your agent, Justin Head, at justin.head@whitetailproperties.com.

Third-party service. The message to your agent is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service in the United States. Your answers pass through Formspree's servers on the way to your agent's inbox. Formspree's privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. The PDFs themselves are built inside your own browser and are never uploaded anywhere.

Saved drafts. While you are filling this out, your answers are stored in this browser on this device only — not on any server, and not visible to your agent unless you choose Email my progress or press Finish. You can erase the current draft at any time with Start over. Drafts are deleted automatically after 30 days of inactivity, and are cleared once your questionnaire is successfully submitted.

Sensitive answers. Anything you disclose here may end up on a signed disclosure form that is given to buyers. Do not enter information here that you would not want a buyer to see.
